We are looking for a video editor for the YouTube channel.
We publish long-form videos about Atlanta housing, and we want an editor who can take a recording and turn it into something people watch to the end.

- The work
- Long-form YouTube videos, from about 15 minutes to an hour. Mostly Terence on camera, supported by charts, maps, on-screen data and b-roll.
- What you do
- Cut the recording into a tight final video, add graphics and on-screen figures from the script, place b-roll, and deliver a finished file ready to upload.
- What matters
- Pacing and clarity. A viewer should always know what number they are looking at and why it matters. Clean cuts and legible graphics beat flashy effects.
- A good fit
- You have edited long-form YouTube before, you are comfortable with educational or data-heavy content, and you can work from a script and a brief without hand-holding.
