Buying or selling a home involves a lot of handoffs. On this team every client knows who is doing what: who analyzes the property, who shows it, who keeps them informed, and who gets the paperwork to the closing table.

Terence Richardson
Founder
Terence leads client consultations for buyers and sellers, and handles property analysis, pricing, offer strategy and negotiation. He represents the team's sellers and hosts the YouTube channel. Originally from Montreal, he moved to Atlanta in 2009.

Stephanie Richardson
Licensed agent and operations manager
Stephanie runs the team's operations. She coordinates client onboarding and looks after client relationships from the first conversation onward.

Home search and showings
Brittney works with the team's buyers. She runs the home search and takes clients through each property in person.

Rhonda coordinates each transaction from signed contract to closing, keeping deadlines, documents and the people involved on track.
