Effective October 8, 2026. This policy covers rreg.llc, the website of RREG LLC.
The short version
This site collects information only when you send it to us through the contact form. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- your name
- your email address
- the topic you choose
- your message
To limit spam, our server also checks the internet address (IP address) a message comes from so it can cap how many messages one connection sends in an hour. That address is held briefly in memory and is not saved with your message.
How we use it
We use your message and contact details to read and answer your inquiry. We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
Where it goes
Your message is stored on a server we operate and is emailed to us through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Links to other sites
This site links to YouTube, TerenceRichardson.com and other sites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave rreg.llc.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, use the contact form or write to us at the address below. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
