Terence Richardson moved from Montreal to Atlanta in 2009 and has spent more than 16 years in residential real estate here. Terence Richardson Group, the team he founded, works from a simple idea: a home is too big a decision to make on a feeling, so every recommendation should come with the evidence behind it.
Today the team works with buyers and sellers across Metro Atlanta as part of Compass. Clients get one group that covers the whole move, from the first conversation about timing to the day of closing.

- Many of our clients are selling a first home and buying the next one at the same time. We plan both sides together so the timing, the financing and the two closings line up.
